Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers): As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving your goods. This right is explained in detail in our Return and Refund Policy.
All products are intended for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

All prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect at the time your order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation email.

We (Paxley) are responsible for your product until it is delivered to the address you provided. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@paxley.com so we can resolve the issue.

Paxley is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables our Services. All transactions and sales are made directly with Paxley (GT Ecom B.V.). Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, damages, or losses related to your purchases.

Section 11 – Feedback

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paxley, its affiliates, officers, employees, and Shopify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased, including loss of data or profits.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.
Section 21 – Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, this shall not affect your mandatory statutory rights or the protections afforded to you by UK consumer law (such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
