You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.
Condition:
Items must be in good condition, and returned with the original tags & packaging.
Easy Returns:
Returning items to us is easy, and our customer support team will assist you throughout the process.

This return and refund policy applies to purchases made in the United Kingdom.
Return Costs
For Defective Products:
There is no cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged during transit, or defective in any way.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
If you purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs directly to the carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees.
How to Return an Item

Receive Instructions:
We will review your request and send you the return address and instructions within 24 hours.
Pack & Ship:
Securely pack the item (including all accessories/manuals) and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier.
Refund Process
Inspection Time:
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to inspect your returned item once it arrives at our facility.
Refund Issuance:
Once approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method.
Bank Processing:
Please allow 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
