We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:
- Order cutoff time: 00:00 AM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
- Order handling time: 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
- Transit time: 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated delivery time: 2 to 10 business days.

Shipping guidelines
- Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons, or courier delays. These factors are outside our control.
- Incorrect address details, or courier issues may also lead to delays.

- Currently, Shopdosho ships orders within the United Kingdom.
- We offer free shipping on all orders with no hidden fees.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You may track your order using our Track My Order page.
If you haven't received your tracking number, or if it is not updating, please contact us and we will assist you.
Changing your address
- We can only change the shipping address if your order has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, we can no longer modify the address.

Cancellations
- You may cancel your order as long as it has not been processed and shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still exercise your 30-day right of return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Unexpected delays
- The delivery times above are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance and external factors.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us — our team will be happy to assist.
Package damaged in transit
- If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service immediately.
- If the package was delivered while you were away, please email us to arrange the next steps.
